About the Role Senior AI Success Strategist will own end-to-end AI roadmaps for Zendesk customers, translating product capabilities into clear business strategies, defining a long-term AI vision, and driving adoption from initial deployment through scale. This role partners with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact and sustainable AI programs. What You'll Do
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of comprehensive AI adoption and expansion roadmaps for key customers, ensuring alignment to broader business goals and customer success vision.
- Serve as the design authority for AI deployments — lead solution design reviews, ensure deployments follow best practices, and coordinate with Professional Services on integration and configuration guidance. For complex agent implementations, escalate blockers promptly with Product/Engineering.
