About the Role A Senior AI Engineer at Cytiva (via Danaher ecosystem) will help design and build AI-powered tools that support and enhance software engineering workflows. This on-site role in Kraków focuses on developing practical GenAI solutions to improve developer productivity and software delivery within life sciences and healthcare tech. What You'll Do
- Design and develop AI-driven features that support software engineering productivity.
- Work with GenAI, RAG architectures, vector stores, and modern LLM frameworks to build practical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to identify problems and implement AI-based solutions.
- Contribute to backend components, APIs, and pipelines supporting AI features.
- Work with LLMs using Python and frameworks such as LangGraph / LangChain.
- Ensure basic quality, reliability, and maintainability of AI solutions.
