Job Title: Senior Accountant Salary Range: 110-128k Direct Hire Hybrid - 3 days/week on-site in Boston (Back Bay) Must-Haves: CPA Bachelor's in Accounting 2-5 years of experience Life Science Clients US GAAP Public Accounting (likely big 4/6) Preferred: Big 4 SOX Netsuite Senior Accountant Location: Hybrid We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, this individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the continued growth of the Finance organization. This position partners closely with Finance, Human Resources, and external service providers while contributing to process improvements and scalable accounting operations.
