The position will be responsible for accurately tracking major asset and liability accounts such as property, plant, and equipment; investments; bonds; and fund balances. Assure that transactions are recorded timely and accounts are reconciled monthly, particularly restricted gifts.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Lawson Asset Management module "owner" responsible for processing transactions for fixed asset additions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation; and reconciliation to general ledger.
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, treasury investments as well as endowment investments
