About the Role We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join Julius Berger Nigeria Plc in Abuja to manage end-to-end accounts receivable, monitor aging and risks, mentor junior team members, ensure adherence to best practices, support revenue recognition, and assist with quarter-end and year-end closing activities. What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process (invoicing, payment recording, account reconciliation)
- Monitor aging reports and overdue balances, identify risks early, and support collection activities
- Lead and mentor Junior Receivables Accountants, providing training and guidance
- Ensure adherence to best practices and drive continuous process improvement
- Collaborate with accounting and commercial teams to ensure correct revenue recognition
- Support quarter-end and year-end closing activities with analyses and reports for management
