The role focuses on pastoral, health and welfare support for students within Notre Dame High School's Catholic academy environment. - Provide SEMH-focused pastoral and welfare support for 6th Form students
- Work with staff to monitor pupil welfare and behaviour and contribute to safeguarding
- Foster positive relationships between pupils and staff and support inclusive practice
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance SEMH provision
