About the Role SeedZ Management Trainee Program is a 12-month rotation-based leadership development track at L’Oréal designed to groom future leaders in key functions (E-Commerce, Digital, Media). The next class starts in October 2026 in Düsseldorf, Germany, offering hands-on projects, mentorship, and early exposure to senior leadership. What You'll Do
- Rotationseinsätze: 2 x 6-month assignments across different departments within a track.
