About the Role The Global Protective Services Integrated Technology team is seeking a Security Technology Subject Matter Expert to serve as the primary U.S. lead for Genetec and to support global technology and compliance initiatives. The Security Operations Technology Manager will oversee the performance, configuration, and lifecycle of our global CCTV technologies (Genetec), support electronic access control platforms, and advise project and operational teams on standards, compliance, and best-practice implementations.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary U.S. SME for Genetec Omni-cast and enterprise IP-camera solutions, responsible for system integrity, configuration standards, support for troubleshooting, and lifecycle governance.
- Provide expert guidance on Access Control technologies, particularly CCure.
