What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas; report security-related concerns, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate with site management, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as needed.
