The Security Operative is responsible for safeguarding the hotel’s guests, employees, visitors, contractors, assets, facilities, and property by maintaining a visible security presence, preventing security breaches, controlling access, monitoring activities, and responding promptly to incidents.
The role ensures a safe, secure, and welcoming environment that reflects the standards of a superior luxury hotel. The Security Operative performs routine patrols, monitors access points, screens persons and baggage where required, responds to emergencies, enforces hotel security policies, and supports the overall safety and security strategy of the hotel while delivering courteous and professional service to guests.
