- Food & Beverage (Restaurant / Room Service)
- Bar
- Housekeeping
- Public Area
- Kitchen (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Patisserie Chef, Cooks)
- Stewarding
- Maintenance / Engineering
- Human Resources
- Accounts
- Stores & Procurement
- Security (if required)
- Other Operational and Administrative Roles as Applicable
