About the Role Join Mixpanel's Information Security Team as a Security Engineer focused on Detection & Response. You will own the end-to-end detection lifecycle and drive automation to scale risk reduction across a high-volume SaaS platform. This role requires close collaboration with product, cloud, and security teams. What You'll Do
- Serve as the domain expert for Detection & Response, integrating telemetry across Product, Cloud, Corporate Infrastructure, and Identity to build a unified, high-fidelity detection and response engine.
- Translate high-level project requirements into actionable milestones, managing task delivery and driving cross-functional results.
- Architect and implement precise, actionable alerting within Google Security Operations (SIEM/SOAR), treating detections as code and ensuring they scale with high-volume data ingestion.
