About the Role Seasonal Selling Associate to support store needs during peak seasons and drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Drive store sales and provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and assessing needs.
- Help customers with bra fitting, ask effective questions, and convert promotions and returns into larger sales.
- Provide a friendly, efficient cash wrap experience, process transactions accurately, and encourage additional purchases.
- Replenish merchandise to brand standards, floor-ready processing, and back room maintenance.
- Assist with floorset activities and maintain back room and stock levels. Support markdowns, re-tickets, and stock recovery as needed.
- Lift and move merchandise as required and maintain a safe working environment.
