About the Role Vans is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to act as the face of the brand in our Bakersfield store during peak seasons. You’ll bring energy, authenticity, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction while helping drive the store’s sales, presentation, and day-to-day operations. What You'll Do
- Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
- Build sales by maintaining a consumer-centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors.
- Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
- Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
- Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
