This on-site role supports Acute Care (ACU) and Surgical Floor units, delivering professional nursing care across inpatient settings in a dynamic float pool environment. What You'll Do
- Provide professional nursing care to patients on assigned units, in a safe, effective manner per policies and Montana Board of Nursing standards.
- Perform comprehensive assessments on admission and at regular intervals; monitor changes and respond accordingly.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per physician orders; reassess responses and adjust as needed.
- Communicate critical changes to the physician/provider using SBAR; document findings and ensure chart accuracy and regulatory compliance.
