About the Role Seasonal Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service during peak seasons at Victoria’s Secret. This temporary role supports the store by delivering product knowledge, assisting customers, and performing floor, cash wrap, replenishment, and floorset tasks to maintain brand standards. What You'll Do
- Drives store sales by personally selling to customers and engaging with them
- Helps customers with bra fit by asking effective questions
- Converts returns, offers and promotions into larger sales
- Delivers friendly and efficient cash wrap experience and processes transactions
- Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items
- Maintains back room and replenishment processes to keep floor ready per brand standards and assists with markdowns, re-tickets, and stockouts
