About this role
About the Role Seafreight Operator at ROMEU will manage end-to-end maritime traffic files for import/export (including Canary Islands domestic traffic), monitor client shipments, resolve issues, maintain daily contact with suppliers, customers and agents, and assist with quotes and invoicing. What You'll Do
- Gestión completa de expedientes de tráfico marítimo de importación/exportación (tráfico nacional de Canarias).
- Seguimiento de los tráficos y cargas de los clientes/cuentas asignadas.
- Resolución de incidencias y reclamaciones que puedan surgir durante el proceso de salida, envío y/o recepción de la mercancía de los clientes.
- Contacto directo y diario con proveedores, clientes y agentes.
- Prestar apoyo en cotizaciones y facturación. What We're Looking For
- Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en empresa transitaria y en gestión de tráfico marítimo de importación/exportación.
