About the role
As a SDET/Automation Test Lead, you will make an impact by driving quality engineering excellence through scalable test automation, AI-enabled testing practices, and modern quality assurance strategies. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
In this role, you will:
- Lead quality assurance and test automation strategies across customer engagements, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust UI, API, and end-to-end automation frameworks using industry-leading tools and best practices.
- Provide guidance, code reviews for Quality Engineers, SDETs, and automation teams.
