About the Role Seamfix is seeking a Scrum Master to enforce Agile methodologies and lead a Scrum Team as part of the Technology Team in Lagos. The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable requirements, driving product delivery, and ensuring solutions align with user needs to scale impact. What You'll Do
- Assist in identifying business needs and system requirements
- Enforce full adoption of AGILE methodology and manage a Scrum Team
- Responsible for Product Delivery with the Technology Team
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and systems specifications
- Conduct feasibility studies and support the development of business cases
- Prepare proposals for modified or replacement systems; analyze risks and benefits
- Analyze systems and processes to identify enhancement opportunities and gaps
