About the Role
The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine seeks a full-time Scientific Writer & Research Development Specialist to support cancer-focused research funding initiatives and Cancer Center priorities. The role provides high-level writing, editing, project coordination, and analytical support for grant proposals, CCSG management, and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Provide writing, editing, and proposal development support for faculty pursuing cancer-focused funding from federal agencies, foundations, and other sponsors.
- Assist investigators in developing grant components such as project narratives, research strategies, executive summaries, biosketches, and supporting documentation.
- Review and edit proposals for clarity, consistency, accuracy, and sponsor compliance with requirements and submission guidelines.
