About the Role Scheduling Coordinator (Home Health) based in St. George, Utah, will support clinicians by coordinating schedules, patient visits, and related activities to ensure productive staffing and quality patient care. - Obtains schedules (electronically) from clinicians on a weekly basis
- Maintains a master schedule and confirms all employee assignments
- Enters patient frequency and duration data into the database
- Coordinates employee schedules to maintain proper productivity
- Coordinates caseloads with clinicians to determine which patients can be seen by nurses and physical therapists
- Speaks with patients regarding when employees are scheduled for visits
