About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will play a crucial role in managing patient onboarding and coordination within the Patient Support Programme (PSP) for our client. This remote role involves processing referrals, creating patient records within the CRM, conducting welcome calls, allocating patients to nurses, and handling telephone queries to ensure a seamless patient experience. Remote role (ideally located near Reading, Berkshire but not essential). What You'll Do
- Referral Management: Receive and process patient referrals within one business day of receipt. Validate referral details and ensure compliance with programme requirements.
- Patient Record Creation: Accurately create and maintain patient records within the CRM. Ensure all personal and clinical information is correctly documented.
