About the Role Scheduler Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of booking participants into case study sessions and ensuring alignment between participant availability, site capacity, and proctor staffing. The role maintains participant databases, conducts eligibility screenings, and handles all session-related communications, while collaborating with the Scheduler Lead to identify candidates and boost participation across locations. What You'll Do
- Maintain and update participant databases with contact information, eligibility status, and scheduling history.
- Schedule participants based on study criteria, site constraints, and resource availability.
- Coordinate logistics with participants, including location details, required preparation, and compensation; issue confirmations, reminders, and manage cancellations.
