About the Role Leidos seeks a SATCOM IP Network Support Analyst to support DISA-provided GIG/DISN services and operate within the DGOC for DoD customers. The role focuses on monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting IP/SATCOM networks across Baseband, IF, and RF domains to ensure secure, reliable communications. The position is based at Scott AFB, IL in the ESGS Operations Support Cell. What You'll Do
- Create and update tickets using DISA ticketing applications to aid in customer problem tracking and resolution across Baseband, IF, and RF networks.
- Monitor network events and element management failures in real-time on a 24x7x365 basis.
- Perform IP network support including configuration of routers, switches, firewalls and voice equipment.
- Perform IP satellite modem support including configuration and issue of option/boot/RSP files.
