- Install the system on the client's computer.
- Gather and document business processes at the client's site.
- Assess how well the client's processes adhere to the system.
- Present and obtain approval for the client's business flows and scenarios.
- Perform functional mapping of the client's requirements and any specific ancillary obligations.
- Configure the system to fit the client's business scenarios.
- Present and validate the developed customizations with the end user.
- Plan, conduct, and obtain approval for functional tests of the product and the integrated solution.
