About the Role The Salon Business Consultant is a territory-based role focused on growing salon sales for Sally Beauty Supply. This remote position covers Reno, Fallon, South Lake Tahoe, Sparks NV and nearby areas, with travel within the territory and occasional events. The role combines relationship-building, product knowledge, and digital outreach to expand partnerships. What You'll Do
- Identify key accounts within the territory and plan efficient routes to grow existing customers and win new business.
- Demonstrate in-salon promotions and help customers plan, implement, and track results of promotions and programs.
- Understand customers' needs and offer products and services to meet them.
- Communicate sales initiatives with vendors and work toward monthly/quarterly/annual goals; respond to emails/texts/phone calls within 24 hours.
