Operating at the intersection of strategy and delivery, you will partner with Engagement Delivery Managers, Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, and Client Partners to drive outcomes from discovery through go-live and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer discovery and requirements-gathering workshops to surface business challenges, process gaps, and solution requirements
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions aligned with the Salesforce Professional Services Methodology and Well-Architected framework
