About the Role Alpha Omega seeks a US Citizenship–required Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator to support our Federal Deposit Insurance Co. (FDIC) client under Public Trust – Federal clearance. This role will work closely with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements, document process flows, and configure Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between business needs and Salesforce platform capabilities, with a configuration-first mindset, hands-on Salesforce administration experience, and comfort operating within Agile delivery teams.
