About the Role The Salesforce Agentforce Architect will architect and lead the design and delivery of AI agent solutions on Salesforce Agentforce. This role defines agent architecture and translates business requirements into reliable, governed, production-grade agents, owning the technical approach for agent build, integration, testing, monitoring, and continuous accuracy tuning. This is a hybrid role based in Chesterbook, PA with potential consideration for Orlando, FL. What You'll Do
- Lead Agentforce solution design from discovery through go-live and hypercare, owning the end-to-end technical architecture.
- Lead complex Marketing Cloud development projects and technical initiatives from conception to completion.
- Design grounding and prompt strategies using Prompt Builder, Data Cloud/RAG, and retrieval patterns; engineer prompts for accuracy and hallucination control.
