- Management d’équipe :
- Animer, motiver et encadrer une équipe de commerciaux (terrains et sédentaires) pour atteindre les objectifs de vente.
- Organiser des réunions d’équipe, des formations et des points individuels pour suivre la performance et le développement des compétences.
- Participer au recrutement et à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
- Stratégie commerciale :
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale pour son secteur géographique en alignement avec les objectifs globaux d’ETAP France.
- Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales sur son secteur géographique.
- Collaborer avec les Key Account Managers pour aligner les actions commerciales sur les objectifs globaux.
