Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Drive sales of salary loan and investment products to individual and corporate clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate partners
- Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates
