About the Role Als Sales Support / Vertriebsinnendienst wirst du internationale Handelskunden in verschiedenen Märkten unterstützen. Du arbeitest eng mit Key Account Managern sowie Vertrieb, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance und Customer Service zusammen, um Prozesse reibungslos zu gestalten und Datenqualität sicherzustellen. - Internationale Vertriebsunterstützung & Koordination von Key Accounts
- Unterstützung des International Discount Key Account Manager bei administrativen Vertriebsfragen
- Erstellung von Umsatz-, Absatz- und Aktionsreportings auf Kunden- und Länderebene; Forecast-Überwachung und Abweichungsanalysen
- Bearbeitung von Sonderthemen auf Key-Account-Ebene (internationale Promotionen, Displays, Erstlieferungen)
- Preis- und Konditionsmanagement; Pflege von Kundenpreislisten; Freigaben gemäß Governance im Prova-System
