About the Role Xylem is seeking a proactive Sales Support Officer to support the Inside Sales team in delivering an excellent customer experience. You will process and manage customer orders in the ERP system and follow through to invoicing, support the drafting and follow-up of quotes and commercial proposals, and ensure accurate customer and sales data in CRM and other systems.
What You'll Do
- Process and manage customer orders in the ERP system, and follow through to invoicing
- Support the drafting and follow-up of quotes and commercial proposals
- Ensure correct and up-to-date registration of customer and sales data in CRM and other systems
- Act as a primary contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams, with clear and proactive communication
- Respond to questions, signal bottlenecks and contribute to workable solutions
