職務内容（第二新卒歓迎ポジション） ASR（代理店支援担当）として、20～25店の登録代理店を担当し、主に訪問を通じて代理店の成長を支援していただきます。
単なるルート営業ではなく、代理店経営を支えるパートナーとして幅広い役割を担います。
主な業務内容 代理店ごとのコンサルティング業務 販売戦略や組織体制づくりなど、代理店主への経営・運営サポート 代理店主・募集人向け集合研修の企画・実施 保険商品、販売手法、最新業界動向、コンプライアンスなどの研修実施 代理店募集人への個別指導 保険商品知識、営業ノウハウ、事務対応、コンプライアンス指導など 新規代理店の開拓および登録業務
必要業務経験 Must 四年制大学卒業以上 営業経験をお持ちの方（BtoB／BtoC不問・年数不問） ※第二新卒・営業経験が浅い方も歓迎！
Want 保険・証券・銀行など、金融機関での営業経験をお持ちの方
