- Meet personal and store sales goals and develop others' sales techniques to maximize performance
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and manage post-sale details (shipping, alterations, special requests) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support and encourage staff to deliver the highest level of customer service; build repeat clientele using client books
- Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
- Collaborate with store manager on risk management, cash controls, and inventory management; assist in training on register usage
