About the Role Reporting to the Store Manager, stylists are consumer-centric, proactive, and think beyond the task. You will model and coach for the ultimate customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations at Levi's stores. What You'll Do
- Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs, consistent with Levi's service approach.
- Promote Levi's omni experience by engaging customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
- Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.
- Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
- Efficient handling of cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
