Main Accountabilities: Executing Aftermarket Sales Activities Implement daily sales actions to achieve targets for parts, service jobs, and maintenance programs. Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely delivery. Customer Support and Relationship Maintenance Serve as the primary contact for operational and technical inquiries. Build trust through regular site visits and responsive communication to maintain customer satisfaction. Responsible for developing existing & new customer activity Plan, arrange regular meetings, and build relationships with customers to understand their needs.
