About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize the end-to-end sales operations of our installment lending business. The role focuses on merchant acquisition, sales funnel optimization, loan disbursement efficiency, and overall sales productivity across retail, field, and digital channels, while maintaining healthy credit quality. What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize the complete sales funnel from merchant onboarding, customer application, credit approval, activation, to loan disbursement.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly pipeline metrics: leads, approval rates, conversion, activation, disbursement volume, turnaround time.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve efficiency and conversion.
- Develop scalable sales operation processes and SOPs to support expansion.
