About the Role Sales Manager – Railways – South is responsible for growing the sales and market share in the passenger rail segment. The role requires close collaboration with ICF & IR Workshop, and exploring business opportunities with private OEMs such as Medha, AT, BEML. The incumbent will manage the sales funnel, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive collection and operational activities as needed. What You'll Do
- Increase SOB in Passenger segment with close working with ICF & IR Workshop.
- Explore business opportunity with Private OEM i.e. Medha, AT, BEML etc.
- Improve Reman business in volume by close follow up
- Funnel management for all opportunities
- Engage with the leadership team of top customers to market SKF’s offerings/value propositions.
- Collaborate effectively across FVC and lead PPM
- Lead team for collection as well as sales operation (off role).
