About the Role Seamfix is seeking a Sales/Account Manager for the Francophone Region to drive revenue growth, manage strategic client relationships, and lead new business development across Francophone markets. The role collaborates with internal teams to deliver Seamfix’s digital identity solutions and ensure customer satisfaction, with travel as required. This is a full-time position focused on delivering value to clients while expanding Seamfix's footprint in the region. What You'll Do
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day activities with respect to the client’s operations and issue resolution
- Engage client’s stakeholders frequently to ensure they are happy, and they derive maximum satisfaction
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations by identifying what needs to be done and take action to avoid unnecessary escalation
