About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead national sales performance for Continence Care in Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving agreed objectives and KPIs, leading Territory Managers, strengthening customer partnerships and ensuring strong regional execution. You will work closely with the Country Manager to set priorities, allocate resources and support sustainable growth in a tender-driven healthcare environment.
As a member of the Finnish leadership team, you will also contribute to the development of the overall organisation, including our processes, culture and ways of working. This is an opportunity to combine commercial leadership, people development and customer focus in a role with meaningful impact on patients, healthcare professionals and our business.
