Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about the Abuja real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct property inspections and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Advise clients on suitable property investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and close property sales while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
