Sales & Distribution Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Distribution Manager to lead sales and distribution activities across Kwara, Oyo (Ibadan) and surrounding markets, driving revenue growth and expanding the distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies for Ibadan, Kwara, and surrounding markets.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Recruit and manage distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, and other trade partners.
- Develop new markets and expand the customer and distribution network.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities and monitor market activities.
- Promote and sell building materials, home lighting, and home finishing products.
