At BD Pharmaceutical Systems, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales Development Senior Manager to lead our EMEA Sales Development organization and strengthen our upstream lead generation capabilities and drive the future pipeline of the pharmaceutical industry!
In this highly visible role, you will combine team leadership, market intelligence, and lead qualification expertise to identify early commercial opportunities across the pharma and biotech landscape and build a predictable pipeline for future growth.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA Sales Development team (SDRs & Sales Development Manager).
- Drive excellence across lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
- Build and optimize lead management frameworks, scoring models, KPIs, and CRM governance.
