We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound B2B prospecting, qualify leads, manage pipeline activity, and engage prospects in consultative sales conversations while working remotely.

Responsibilities
- Drive B2B outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and social outreach.
- Research, qualify leads, and manage pipeline activity in CRM software.
- Engage prospects in consultative sales conversations and communicate value propositions.
- Provide industry feedback and real-world sales data to help train next-generation AI models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recent, hands-on experience in B2B sales development and cold calling.
- Proven track record in outbound lead generation and pipeline management.
