Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Officer

Job Summary
- The Sales & Customer Service Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all sales development initiatives aimed at increasing sales volumes and strengthening the customer portfolios and commercial territories under his/her responsibility.
- He/She is also accountable for ensuring an outstanding customer experience by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and overseeing the timely, efficient, and quality delivery of products and services in accordance with the Company's standards and customer expectations.
