About the Role Part-Time Sales Consultant for the TOMMY HILFIGER team at Harbour Town Outlet, Biggera Waters, QLD 4216, Australia. You will help customers, maintain brand standards, and contribute to delivering an outstanding PVH shopping experience. What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations across PVH brands, especially Tommy Hilfiger
- Deliver on customer service standards, process transactions, upsell where appropriate
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and grooming to brand standards
- Collaborate with team and support a fast-paced store environment to achieve sales targets What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive "can do" attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
