About the Role Join Salomon's Store in Copenhagen as a permanent part-time Sales Associate (10 hours/week, mainly weekends) to deliver exceptional customer service, connect customers with Salomon products, and support everyday store operations. What You'll Do
- Use customer service skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques to match customers with the right product and drive sales.
- Accompany and advise customers to provide a high-level experience and propose complementary products for additional sales.
- Be proficient with in-store sales techniques and digital tools to deliver outstanding service.
- Help protect company assets and follow procedures through loss prevention and keep the stockroom clean and organized.
- Be confident with cash handling; follow standard operating procedures, health & safety guidelines, visual merchandising, and community marketing principles.
