About the Role The part-time Sales Associate at New Balance Sunbury location delivers friendly, knowledgeable service and supports in-store sales to ensure a smooth customer experience. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model (Greet and make customer contact; Understand the customer's needs; Educate the customer on product features and benefits; Solve problems/answer questions; Transact the sale with suggestive selling and effective closing).
- Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product; inform customers about promotions; keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked; ensure items are labeled and price marked; protect products by tagging, monitoring floor merchandise, reporting shrinkage and security violations; follow safety regulations and report accidents/near misses.
