About the Role AutoZone is seeking a Sales Associate (Part-Time) to be the first line of Customer Service WOW in our Suitland, MD store. You will help customers find the right parts and solutions, maintain a stocked and organized store, and contribute to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. What You'll Do
- Interact with customers, provide reliable automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
- Collaborate with store leadership and teammates to create a motivated, productive environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
- Recommend products, services, and promotions to improve the customer experience and help meet store sales and performance metrics.
- Replenish merchandise, maintain organization, follow POS procedures, and adhere to loss-prevention policies to ensure sound operations.
